      Full time staff will treat you like one of their own. The pay is good.

      The students nowadays feel like they are adults who are "owed" something. They do not respect teachers.

      Coworkers are fantastic Direct leadership is great Love working with kids Summers, holidays and weekends off

      Pay is below other OT jobs in the area Pay is dependent on state budget and not performance Health Insurance has gotten more expensive and covers less than 10 years ago Meetings can be long and go outside of your regular work hours
