      Pros

      Pay is fair and lots of opportunity to make good money, benefits are good. What you put into the job you will get out of it, and if you put in a lot leadership/ownership will notice.

      Cons

      Training is a weak point and some training does exist. But the job is definitely a hands on learning experience.

      So many to list. Hotter inside then out, no exhaust hoses, no factory tooling, complete lack of support, and they will screw you over.
