Pros
1. Informal environment 2. you get the pay check on time( although you get only the amount the owner thinks you deserve rather not the the amount as discussed on the interview)
Cons
1. Lack of valuable work you can learn something from. You are forced to do all the dirty work. 2. No formal training 3. Very judgemental, unavailable and unprofessional manager who treats interns merely as an object of purpose. 4. No educational support- meaning doesn't provide educational value to students. 5. You don't get paid the actual amount as discussed in the interview and won't be taught all the stuff as promised by the Architect Shyamala Hariharan, the owner. 6. Unsupportive work life balance. Forced to work beyond office hours and denied respect and illtreated if denied.
