Pros
Even though Ware Malcomb is an international company with 22 offices, it is run smoothly between offices. There is such a culture here at WM and is intentionally cohesive. The right hand definitely knows what the left hand is doing and that is often rare among large corporations. The trainings (Boot Camps) that are given for the new Project Managers keeps everyone on the same page. I loved working the front desk because I was able to interact with over 400 employees and I can honestly say, people really loved their jobs and were always so friendly and professional even during deadlines. Ware Malcomb has a culture and philosophy that delivers excellence, but rewards the employees with comradery and amazing social perks. There are many opportunities to do things together outside of work such as baseball games, community activities, yoga at work, and Thursday meet and greets that happen once a month with fantastic food and great company. The holiday party is beyond anything I have ever experienced; they pull out all the stops to thank the employees for a year well done. The work hard-play hard mentality always gives time to bond as a team and I believe this is a big reason why this company is the best place to work in Orange County and all over the world! You will definitely see more of Ware Malcomb. If I wasn't moving away, I would have retired from this company because I had found my home. They are flexible and generous which is not common in today's workplace. I cannot stress enough what an amazing community Ware Malcomb truly is!
Cons
With the addition of several offices over the years since I have been here, the growth has been amazing, but along with growth there are always logistical pressures. We have been swamped at times, but there is always a team who is willing to pitch in. There really aren't any cons that would ever stop me from wanting to come back to this company! It's amazing and I was treated so well by management while employed here. They truly care about you as a person and about your family.
