      People are so nice and compassionate, and everyone is willing to teach and answer questions. They will have patience with you even though they are busy. Ware Malcomb provides a lot of learning opportunities and hands-on projects. The working environment is great, open and diverse. This company is concerned about the thought of the employees as well and always think of improvements in all areas.

      Cons

      Mostly exposed to construction documents.
