      Pros

      Great training program for new employees, lots of support within the company. You need to be self driven and have an entrepreneurial mindset. Great culture and community. Looking forward to a long future with them.

      Cons

      Cumbersome processes that can be improved, boring projects but they are beginning to branch out to higher design. They seem to be working on this.

      The company culture is positive, with generally friendly colleagues, a comfortable office environment, and a relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
