      Pros

      Never bored! Diverse company. Constantly growing &; therefore lots of work. Challenging but rewarding for employees with a drive for advancement. Many growth opportunities, especially for entry level employees. Each department has team building each quarter which allows each team to have fun & get out of the office together. Holiday party is an absolute blast! All employees from all offices are flown in to California for the party.

      Cons

      Additional effort beyond 40 hour work weeks is required to advance.

      The company culture is positive, with generally friendly colleagues, a comfortable office environment, and a relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
