      Amazing leadership group and the highest level of professionalism in the industry.

      Not many cons at all other than the Shelter In Place situation we are currently facing- we don't have a chance to personally work with each other.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
