      Very warm and friendly environment. The company invests money and time into employees development. Engaging atmosphere and good perks.

      Cons

      Becoming more and bureaucratically tight. Sometimes it is difficult to identify the field of responsibility of the employees. It concerns mostly middle-managed positions.

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
