      Wargaming is a stable company that has been on the market for more than 20 years. Well-organized development processes. Good salaries that are in line with the market, regular salary increases.

      You can't work remotely. Office only but they offer 2 remote days per week.

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
