Onboarding Process: Onboarding was smooth and well-organized. The HR team kept in touch to ensure all documents were in place, and I received good training and guidance from existing employees. I was introduced to my team and given a handbook to understand company culture. Overall Company Experience: The company has a great startup culture focusing on trust and empowerment. They offer flexibility, including unlimited holidays but you should also be responsible for finishing your work as planned. I've grown a lot in my 2.5 years here, both professionally and personally. The company’s leadership trusts employees to take ownership of their work, which has been motivating. The company provides a lot of freedom at your work. That trust in employees is something I appreciate. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience.
Cons
There isn’t much I would change. The work culture is great, and the flexibility is highly appreciated. The only thing to remember when working in a small company is that you need to be prepared for moments when you’ll have to stretch yourself a bit. But this can happen anywhere, and it's part of the growth process. Of course, working in a small company comes with its challenges, and there are times when you’ll need to step up and handle things independently, but these situations help you develop and grow your skills.
