Sometimes it seems like the managers look out for themselves, and don't really understand how much work and stress the underlings are bombarded with at the busier branches. However, I very much enjoyed my experience there overall, and had no real quarrel with any manager

Great culture! If I have a question, I can go directly to my manager and ask or I can pick up the phone and call anybody in the CU and I know that somebody will pick up and help me. The company promotes growth, they ask us where we want to be in the next few years and they help us get there.

I feel like the pay is not competitive.
