Pros
Great hours, I really enjoyed working from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with a mandatory lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. There's lots of structure if you like that kind of thing.
Cons
Their turn over rate was uncanny. Within the year and half I was employed, I literally watched six people from my team get fired. This typically has nothing to do with performance but, if they liked you or not that week.
