It’s few and far between. - Benefits are not competitive with others in the industry - Training and development are subpar and rarely focused on - Time off is hard to accommodate and is frowned upon - Office politics are evident Overall, I do not feel that the executive team cares for their employees, and that trickles down to the on-site teams. Their culture is very much a “do as I say, not as I do” culture and is so focused on revenue goals that they lose sight of their people.
