Pros

The other operations associates are incredibly sweet and friendly. Lunch/snacks are provided. The company just opened in two new cities. Dog friendly office.

Cons

The operations associate positions is, as they put it, "a part time job with full time hours." Aka they expect you to work ~40 hours/week, but you don't get the benefits of a full-time employee. In the interview, they make it sound like you get to help out with marketing efforts and building the company, but really you get stuck doing just customer service. They give you a training booklet, but their actual "training program" is a mess. They don't give you a consistent schedule, so you'll be required to come in for training in the late evening one day, and then at 6 am the next day. After training, scheduling is also a mess. They throw you back and forth from early morning shifts to night time shifts. Which I personally am fine with, but it's unfortunate that during the interview, they are deceptive in promising you that the scheduling will be much more consistent (so that's just a disclaimer from me). There isn't as much upward mobility as they claim there will be in the interview. The first round of employees they had obviously moved on to become directors, but you'll be entering in their fourth of fifth round of operation associate hires ... and not moving up for a while. Another, perhaps less-relevant, con is that, even as an employee, I would not trust this company's service. The quality of the laundering service is poor (clothes are often returned stained or even permanently damaged). It's difficult to advocate for a company that whose service you don't trust yourself.

Pros

Excellent work environment- casual dress code and relaxed environment. I love the ability to take ownership over my projects, which enables me to do things the right way from the ground up. Working schedule is great and everyone shares the same positivity on a daily basis. It is really a place you can feel at home.

Cons

As it is with any start-up, there are times that you have to buckle down and work hard. To some, this can be stressful, but to others (including me), this is an environment to thrive in.

Pros

Minimum stop payment guarantee Flexible hours, great for students or people with other stuff going on Friendly staff Great support I've had several jobs using my own car and this is by far the best. The work is steadier than with my previous delivery job, and the ninjas seem much more valued and appreciated than I ever felt there. I also like this job better than driving sidecar or uber because I get to get in and out of my car at each stop instead of just sitting in my car all day which is really no better than sitting at a desk haha.

Cons

You're an independent contractor, so no taxes taken out or benefits, which can be a hassle(at least for me, but not for everyone) Not really a career, doesn't seem to have too many advancement opportunities that I can see. More of an interim job than something I'd want to do forever(but that's just me) Sometimes you have to carry heavy heavy laundry upany flights or stairs in old buildings with no elevators. So if you're averse to lifting this may not be for you.
