The WRAP of old is no more. Once an organisation with a solid foundation of staff, it is now so top heavy it's surprising it hasn't already toppled over. After 2 "restructures" - rounds of redundancy - in 2 years, where those who do the work have been culled, there's not much of WRAP left. The heads of and SLT are so detached from the rest of the staff that very few of them seem to comprehend what it is to do the actual work. Will WRAP even exist this time next year?...
