Terrible culture - Sales Wastecycle Employee Review

Excellent prospects; forward thinking; invest heavily in machinery, equipment, upgrades, and people; variation within job role; flexible for employees; potential for growth in the sector is unnervingly massive as the sector continues to expand

Lots of management levels; lots of politics; wages are more often than not incorrect; for a big company they sometimes have a small company mentality

Colleagues were nice and friendly.

The company is very poorly run. There is no progression even if you want it, this results in a very negative atmosphere. Senior management are not supportive of people or their careers and aren't interested in bettering their existing employees which is totally bizarre. I would urge anyone going for in interview here not to bother, leaving was the best thing i ever did.
