Pay could be better but the staff is cool so it evens out.

My job was very stable. I didn't have to float. I worked at a school, one of the company's better locations. The work environment was friendly. I enjoyed the frequent overtime.

This company has problems managing its employees. They only promise 32 hours per week to start, which leads to employees looking for other jobs and them being frequently understaffed and looking for people to cover shifts. This is where the overtime came from.
