Architecture failed, investors would not fund to fix

1) Fantastic Product, really does what it claims. When it is delivered, customers are impressed. 2) Hits a real business problem uses genuine AI and ML to solve 3) Good Technical Talent engineering are sharp and work very hard 4) Great office and location

1) CEO has run the company into the ground, with poor leadership, arrogance and bullying. With a very healthy sales growth literally tanking to nothing within 2 quarters after they joined. 2) Sales leadership are B team at best have delusions of grandeur when it comes to value of the product in the market, sell it like its hardware not software and cannot close deals 3) Has a boys club mentality, new hires have been friends of leadership, if you are not in their clique they do not listen, bullying rife 4) Pricing and positioning is unrealistic compared to the market
