      Pros

      Employee culture is good, but dependent on your group. Enjoyable projects, good opportunities to network. 6% employer match for 401k

      Cons

      Benefits are not stellar but good enough. Salary increases dont keep up with inflation. After the last few layoffs and reorgs, everyone is stretched very thin. Top heavy company when it comes to years of experience. Internal knowledge is at risk to plummet once long term people start retiring, pushed out etc. No real draw to keep new talent

      Pros

      good team culture, ability to grow and focus on my professional goals, so far good life balance! I came with the BD transition and have been happy so far. It might be my team, as I feel incredibly supported.

      Cons

      Seems like not much transparency in things and clouds over our heads a lot of the time. A lot of anxiety about the future of the company and its employees
