I’ve had a really positive experience working here. There’s a strong culture of collaboration and people are genuinely supportive and approachable, regardless of role or seniority. The Residential and Land & Development business units encourages development, gives you autonomy, and trusts you to do your job well. Leadership is visible and engaged, and there’s a real focus on doing the right thing, for employees, customers and the communities we serve.

Like any large organisation, things can sometimes take time to implement but this is generally well communicated.
