Growing company with lots of potential.
Cons
Outside of management, pay is awful. Benefits are the worst available in the industry. Management is incompetent at best. Plant is run out of favoritism, nepotism, and fear. No communication. Employees are continuously lied to and given false hope. Policies and decisions change like the wind.
