Pros
Management supports and demands tolerance to change via constant process improvements being implemented. Customer satisfaction and meeting customer expectations is a top priority as well as meeting metric goals & regulatory requirements. Business system is well defined from the Quality Manual through the work instructions for each task required.
Cons
Not all managers follow the Watlow Way defined ethics standard and are not always held accountable for their actions. The training program is the weakest link in the business system and causes quality issues when high turn over of employees occurrs.
