Pros
Watlow has changed A LOT in the past 4 years. The pay is great for newer employees. The people are great and the environment is great. I like coming to work everyday.
Cons
Sometimes communication is bad. Also, they've raised starting pay for temps/new employees but didn't compensate the employees who have been there a long time. The people who have worked there for 10 years are making only a small amount more than new employees
