We appreciate your feedback, Watlow embraces a constructive culture where team members have various platforms to contribute and add value to our operations. Our Hannibal leadership team participates in daily gemba activities, walking the production floor, asking for input and building relationships with team members. In 2019 we added Cultural Engagement Boards to our manufacturing centers to provide a platform for team members to present ideas for process improvements, safety observations, and equipment improvements providing additional line of sight for site leadership team.
In regards to career growth, we encourage and equip team members to actively manage their own career path and development. We provide the tools and guidance needed to succeed, such as personal development plans, coaching forward assistance, and career path planning.
