Good, stable company. People here are mostly pleasant and helpful. Flexible, informal environment. Management is very approachable. Pay is competitive. Benefits are decent and improving.

Lack of structure. Lack of execution because objectives and goals change suddenly. Need to improve company wide communications so everyone works together to propel the company's success. Limited opportunities for advancement.
