Great company that focuses on their employees. They keep expanding on benefits they offer. Overall a great place to work.

I don’t see any cons.

This is a really exciting time to be part of Watson Fuels as we find our way following the recent carve out. Exec team are highly visible, approachable and collaborative in how they operate. Lots of ideas and plans for the future.

Lots to sort out and still a little bit clunky following the separation from World Kinect, but its all going in the right direction. Great to have ownership and autonomy as we move forward. Salaries & benefits need reviewing.
