It is a safe and caring place to work. Wave is a learning company, a place that is safe to ask for help and support. There are many built in opportunities to collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and managers.

I tried to come up with something but truly, there are no cons. I am truly blessed to be working for Wave!

You get a chance to meet some other kind and knowledgeable therapist.

Terrible training, terrible pay, terrible marketing so the referral rates are often times low and often times are only approved for 12 sessions at a time, having to take just about anybody that comes through your door regardless of competency or comfortability. There is really no PTO. If you want to take vacation or have time off you have to give notice way in advance and you are not paid so no mental health days, no care for how stressed and burnt out ther therapist no worklife balance, not really too much consideration other than if you are billing enough or not. Typically if you are not performing to their standards they really try to point the blame on you. So if you want a job that is well balanced, pays adequately and is good for therapist look elsewhere.
