Pros

The company offers health insurance benefits and a 401(k) match. CEU opportunities and supervision for associates, which can help with career growth. Sick time can be used like PTO, so there’s flexibility there. The best part of the job, has been the amazing colleagues and clients, some great people that made working there a bit easier.

Cons

This was a great place to work, but with constant turnover, key leaders leaving, and endless changes, it has really gone downhill. The CEO is not only focused on rapidly expanding this business but also on opening other businesses, leaving clinicians feeling overworked and undervalued. There is a major lack of work-life balance, and the culture that used to exist is no longer there. Clinicians are expected to work long hours without compensation for all our time, including emails, admin time, and client notes/needs. Despite the business growing, compensation does not reflect the workload, and requests for fair pay are often met with excuses. There is also a lack of equal opportunity for growth, with favoritism playing a significant role in who gets ahead. When employees leave, there’s a lot of bad-mouthing and gossip with no accountability, just blame. While managers seem to be trying, they’re under constant pressure. At the top, professionalism is often lacking, with negative talk and blame-shifting when things go wrong. There are also ethical concerns around questionable business practices that leave many uncomfortable. The lack of stability and opportunity leaves clinicians with little choice but to look elsewhere for growth, sometimes even choosing to branch out and expand on our own.

Pros

You get a chance to meet some other kind and knowledgeable therapist.

Cons

Terrible training, terrible pay, terrible marketing so the referral rates are often times low and often times are only approved for 12 sessions at a time, having to take just about anybody that comes through your door regardless of competency or comfortability. There is really no PTO. If you want to take vacation or have time off you have to give notice way in advance and you are not paid so no mental health days, no care for how stressed and burnt out ther therapist no worklife balance, not really too much consideration other than if you are billing enough or not. Typically if you are not performing to their standards they really try to point the blame on you. So if you want a job that is well balanced, pays adequately and is good for therapist look elsewhere.
