toxic management, lack of proper training and professionalism, slow technology, no ability to provide personal input, harassment and discrimination is covered up even if you have documentation because HR will try to ambush you when you are least ready, and when you don't have the evidence ready to go. HR will say they investigated and there isn't enough evidence but won't emphasize on what was discussed and who was involved for company protection!
