7yFirstly, we want to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and we are sorry that your experience at Wavestone has not met your expectations.
We would like to take the time to address a number of points you have made.
'There are hardly 3 customers'
The UK office currently has active engagements with more than 20 customers and we are continuing to grow our presence and customer list in the UK and internationally.
'No growth plan or vision'
We would like to draw your attention to the Wavestone 2021 Strategic Vision which is published online and outlines a number of clear objectives for the company. One of these objectives includes the growth of the international offices, which a specific focus on UK and US as areas of strong potential.
'..there is no support'
Wavestone operates structured support for everyone in the company regardless of position. Everyone is assigned a Career Development Manager that supports the individual outside their engagement delivery. The Career Development Manager system has proved an effective model both in the UK and across the wider group.
'..ship their consultants to France for projects'
As part as an international group, we like our junior consultants to spend time working on wider projects in Paris as part of their development. This international exposure is perceived as a positive by many of our young joiners.
