No business plan. No strategy. No long term vision. They will tell you they have too many assignments compared to consultants; that’s because all the consultants left or were fired (or were kindly nudged towards the exit) Don’t let anyone fool you into thinking this company is gonna bloom into something new. It’s been there for more than 10 years. It did bloom, now it’s perishing.
