- Good community spirit and social bunch - Ambitious growth plans, especially in the UK - Seem to have a good view on where they want to be - focusing on expanding their excellent Cyber Security capability - Convenient UK office location
Cons
- Focus on a few big clients for the majority of revenue - Salary is not competitive despite assertions that it is - Big problem with staff turnover, possibly due to inaccurate job specifications - Listed as an IT Service Management Company rather than Consultancy which is probably a good reflection of the type of work undertaken - The 'Senior Consultant' grade is superfluous as many in this grade (and some in the 'Consultant' grade) often do the duties of those in the 'Manager' grade for no additional remuneration - The recently implemented Share scheme benefits senior grades more so than junior grades. This is surprising given attrition is highest in the Consultant-Senior Consultant category. I'd be curious to see what % of employees in this grade actually bought into the company compared to those at Senior Manager +
