-overall a great experience -felt like a full-on member of the team -included in important conversations/discussions -held accountable for getting things done -learned a lot both from a technical and business perspective -assigned real/meaningful projects and tasks to work on -interesting and exciting cutting edge projects -the willingness of others on the team to listen to my ideas and consider my perspective -great level of guidance and mentorship without being micro-managed at all -access to necessary equipment/resources -great people, great culture! -very smart, talented people -great leadership team -great work environment -great food
Cons
There really were not many (if any) cons that I can come up with about this internship experience. I had a great experience, and would strongly recommend the company to others, particularly those interested in Machine Learning and/or Natural Language Processing (from an AI perspective) or web development as well.
