Great coworkers but terrible management and no benefits - Branch Assistant Wayne County Public Library Employee Review

No benefits, no room for advancement, pay was terrible in comparison to the amount expected of us, considerable amount of changes coming from administration constantly with no forewarning. Absolutely no appreciation to the general workers. Was in the hospital for a period of time and only my coworkers reach out to see if I was okay. They make everything extremely difficult. You're better off finding a part time job elsewhere where management wont make your job miserable for their own amusement.
