Pros

They work with big name companies

Cons

If you’re going to be given event manager duties, you should be paid like an event manager, not at event assistant. Working for this company, you’ll likely have zero work life balance. Expect to work into the early morning and on weekends to get your work done, without compensation. This company has a lot of good reviews, but notice how they all happened after one bad honest one.

Pros

As a small business, the workplace environment is an intimate setting for learning and developing your career, and carries a high level of professionalism among its employees' various backgrounds and experience levels. The clients they work with are Fortune 500 companies and beyond, so the events are at the forefront of the experiential industry. There is constant variety in the scale, nature and location of their events. Unlike any agency in the business, We Crush Events combines total event production with a sales-based model. They provide in-person training and ample resources to expand your negotiation capabilities, role as an account executive, and organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Cons

Like any job in the events or hospitality industry, there are ebbs & flows in the workload. I love having an ever-changing routine, but if you are a true desk-based 9-to-5er, this industry is not for you! Time management is a must!
