Pros

It's so empowering to work within a female founded small business. Everyone on the team is extremely supportive of one another, especially going through such a tough year for our industry in 2020. We truly came together as a team and worked creatively to find ways to succeed & uplift one another. I find this environment healthy and supportive while I know management has my long term career goals in their best interest. I look forward to the continuous growth & success of this team!

Cons

Being a small but mighty team, you have to have the hustle mentality. Every role in this company is critical to the overall success so understanding your piece of the puzzle is important for day to day success.

Pros

As a small business, the workplace environment is an intimate setting for learning and developing your career, and carries a high level of professionalism among its employees' various backgrounds and experience levels. The clients they work with are Fortune 500 companies and beyond, so the events are at the forefront of the experiential industry. There is constant variety in the scale, nature and location of their events. Unlike any agency in the business, We Crush Events combines total event production with a sales-based model. They provide in-person training and ample resources to expand your negotiation capabilities, role as an account executive, and organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Cons

Like any job in the events or hospitality industry, there are ebbs & flows in the workload. I love having an ever-changing routine, but if you are a true desk-based 9-to-5er, this industry is not for you! Time management is a must!
