My experience with the company has been just great. Right from management to colleagues. I got to learn so much from everyone here. The management is very considerate of our problems. Even everyday things like commute, flexible working are given due importance. Great work life balance. I never had a situation where my leaves were rejected. I am never criticised for anything, just constructive feedback. Even compensation is good. Always received my salary on time. Blessed to be a part of this company.

The opportunity to work with few supportive teammates

The management was highly unprofessional and lacked clear direction. Communication was inconsistent, and decisions often felt reactive rather than strategic. The biggest challenge was the culture of micromanagement, which unfortunately did not come with the benefits of actual leadership.
