Pros
As with everywhere, there are good folks working here trying to do their best for the customers which is the only reason the company gets by.
Cons
-Leadership just relies on the goodwill and effort of the small folks, refuses bonuses, raises, and promotions even when profitable. -Spend tons of money on travel, salaries, bonuses for sales and c-suite - none left for the people actually getting the work done -They do not invest in their employees in any way, it is all just a sales pitch to them -Lots of good people leaving because of all of these reasons
