Pros
It's a job I guess
Cons
The Durham branch is a joke they go by seniority so pretty much the older people that's been with the company for years they get all the benefits. Better vehicles first bid on the shifts they get better routes also dispatch literally gives them less routes as well they manipulate the system and changing the routes as well for the people they like. So you coming in as a new person you already will be discriminated against get ready. The management there is draining there not approachable at all so if you have a concern the women Tara will off the bat have a attitude for no apparent reason. No HR person so unfortunately people have to go through the mean Manager lady. I have concerns with my pay and I don't feel comfortable talking to anybody there. Cause there always mad or have a bad attitude. So the environment is very toxic. They take advantage of people and over work them it's funny how I can't never see my full route each day to see when my cut off time why can't I? Because they steady add more stops to your route. Oh don't make a mistake because your will be retrained every single time for most stupidest reason it's like there harassing you each day it's already bad that they have cameras EVERYWHERE in the vans invading your privacy on the daily. To make it even better it's union based lol do I have to even explain. To sum it up management is trash and dispatch is trash and new people get treated like trash. Safety manager is insufferable I forgot to mention she's the second worst person in that building. We drivers go through so much crap on a daily having to deal with these nasty and smelly clients long hectic routes gps sucks the tablets are always acting up. Having to deal with favoritism on a daily they need to clean house. I 100% understand why the turnover is high. But when you work with a bunch of you know what there's always going to be some problems God bless ♥️
