We seem to be on a downward trajectory that seems to punish the people on the ground for leadership decisions We were recently on a call about a new bonus process that seems rushed and poorly explained. On the call we were told it's unlikely anyone is meeting expectations due to demands of the business - so how about lowering those demands? It's also strange to drop this on us less than a year after half of the company worked on a massive project involving regular overtime for some people All of the colleagues I've talked to are speechless at this point and maybe it's time to read the room before it empties. Why would you want to demotivate a highly productive company?
