If you can stay in the good books of seniors leaders by flattering them and say wah wah to them you can stay for year after year.
Cons
Worst seniors, TL & Manger not at all supportive. under the company bond they pressurize you. Bit difficult to survive under managers. no scope of new learning. low on salaries. no Additional facility like (PF, night shift allowance). You have to do extra working hours if you want to come under good books in front of seniors.
