Pros

Salaries on average is good

Cons

Bad working environment and there is no boundries between senior and junior responsibilities you could face highly challenged problems you should solved whatever your skills The working hours are miserable they use timedoctor so you should work 8 hours a day on only tasks your drinks , baths and prays are out of working time so actually you work 10 hours to can achieve pure 8 hours of working There is no seniority plans for tasks you just work on tasks doing magic and random guess and taking feedback for edits without any improvement you just doing trial and error.
