Supportive colleagues and a strong team were the highlight of my experience — unfortunately, this was the only consistently positive aspect, apart from 1-2 workshops that had taken place.

Extremely high turnover and frequent staff changes Lack of communication and alignment between managers. Leadership should focus on improving internal communication before blaming employees for communication issues Micromanagement Unclear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations Unequal enforcment of policies Unfair treatment and lack of transparency in decision-making Job description and onboarding experience were misleading compared to the actual role Frequent shouting and confrontational behavior from management created a toxic atmosphere No benefits What’s shown on social media is purely for appearance. The culture portrayed is outdated or fabricated—it doesn’t exist anymore, and likely never will again
