Very much the type of place where what you put into it, is what you get out of it. They stress excellence, learning, and consistent personal improvement. Definitely looking for the best talent. Mediocrity will not get you far with the organization.
Cons
Hours can be long, and change is always challenging. However, understanding that the customer is what drives the business, sometimes makes tough days unavoidable. Everyone seems to get that though, and they find solutions with positive attitudes. That makes the toughest days seem very manageable.
