Right now Weber offers some wonderful perks that show they really value their employees. Up to 14 weeks of parental leave (including 6 weeks for dads) all paid at 100%. Discretionary PTO that allows us to take time as needed. A hybrid schedule of Tuesday-Thursday in the office, and Monday and Friday remote. With the office in Palatine, IL, the hybrid schedule makes a commute from all over Chicagoland much more doable for most employees. A free grill when you start working here.

Morale since the merger with Blackstone has been so-so, and there has been a lack of communication about organizational structure and company priorities. Many people have left with no backfill, stretching our already lean teams.
