No salary - Jonior Engineer Webistra Soft Solution Employee Review

Company started in March and since then one employee leaves the company every month. Biggest cheater of 2017 I would suggest everyone not to join this company. This company is running by 4 friends who are completely unaware about the technical things, 2 of them are fully illiterate, no communication, no management, no salaries, no commitments, no regularities, no goals. Worst environment I have ever felt. Company also grabbed the salary of all employees and ran away. Now they are making fool to Mumbai people and spoiling their lives. I am a girl, so they should at least release my salary. I am emailing them continuously but no response.

Worst management, Lack of technical experience, No regulations, Indiscipline, Salary delay 25 days or even sometimes employee has to forget his salary. No humanity, they will not pay you the salary or the advances even if you are dying.

Company Atmosphere is familier, People are Understanding, Management is Coprative. Management provides Every Weekend- Grooming classes and Learning Solutions Yeah, Exactly management Does not belongs to Technical Background, but still they are best in this field. They know the actual meaning of Client handling, Project Handilation, Etc....
