Pros

- 6 months appraisal cycle for package less than 7 LPA - Minimum 6% hike, deserving candidate have even got 25% hike - Rest room with 4 beds - No variable pay - 21 leaves + 11 government holidays - carom, fuss ball, chess and table tennis for mind refreshment.(not maintained well) - Few Talented people who are ready to help at any time. - Work pressure depends on which project you work.

Cons

- Poor infrastructure (Bike are bike on upper parking you have to take it trough lift which is very conjested for 2 bikes, At some places AC doesn't work properly) - No future vision - Typical service based company - Non technical Business Analyst - Third class chairs - No proper canteen - No pick n drop - Follows Agile methodology just for Name - Getting leave approved is big headache - No team outing - ladies are asked to stay late in office and then left alone to travel home. - Work from home and flexible hours only for people close to management - Most of the projects are at fire fighting stage - Using latest technology without any trainings - Exploitation of fresher's - As I said in title "Sinking Ship" most of the projects are given to Hartley Lab which is sister company formed to exploit people. - Hartley employee's don't even get there salary on time (won't say much about this fake company)

Pros

- Not too big and not too small. So a great place to work if you are a mid-career smart person who wants growth opportunities. - Seems like the company grew really fast in its early days and is still struggling to implement best practices. So there is a lot of room to pick up initiatives and run with them. - Stable and diverse client list and exciting projects. The work and the environment are more like a product company as they handle the complete product development cycle from design to launch. Lots to learn! - Initiative and ownership are rewarded with more opportunities

Cons

- Too much ambiguity in job roles as the corporate structure is still evolving. - Moderate compensation package. - Sometimes unrealistic goals are set, and extreme ownership is expected.
