      Pros

      The owner and company culture is fantastic. The employees come first and it's a very transparent environment. The flexibility in being 100% remote and 4 day work weeks is also amazing. When issues arise they were always taken care of.

      Cons

      Lack of direction, communication and priorities constantly shifting can lead to high stress at times.

      Pros

      Management nurtures self-directed learning and allows you to develop and implement new ideas. Small highly collaborative team excited about growth.

      Cons

      Not really a con** A small team means more work per person. Everyone pitches in to make sure the job gets done. This can mean putting in extra hours when up against a deadline.
