Pros
Flexible schedule, good management. But that is about it. Not a lot of pros, I would stay away from applying to this place because they treat workers very poorly and overwork them.
Cons
Very limited staff. Expects you too do so many things. It is a multi-role, which requires you to multitask and do a lot of side activities. You have to focus on so many things.
